Feeding practices

Bees are fed only during periods with no nectar flow, using a 1:1 sucrose syrup. If necessary, we provide further supplementation using pollen-containing sugar patties.

Apiary continuously monitored by Apisense

Apisense is a continuous hive-monitoring system. The certificate means the apiary shares objective telemetry from the harvest window — for origin transparency, not as a judgement of honey quality.
